“Rock and roll is the hamburger that ate the world.”
Shake ‘Em Buns rocks my hamburger world, serving up the juiciest patties in town with its famously loud culinary creations. With names like Cushin’ for the Pushin’, Gang Bang, Debbie Does Dallas and Striptease, their menu can’t help but ooze sex appeal. From humble beginnings at a small countertop venue in Star Street, Shake ‘Em Buns quickly grew in popularity with legions of fans attracted to their signature homemade patties of US-ground beef, secretly spiced and packed tight between warm fluffy buns, fresh slices of lettuce and tomatoes, elevating them to a legendary anthem in the Hong Kong Burger Hall of Fame! My favourite touch is the self-serve box of chopped onions, jalapeno peppers, sauerkraut, and garlic mayo that takes any burger that extra octave.
For HK$40, you can enjoy HK$80 worth of food and drink at Shake ‘Em Buns, inclusive of service. Offer is good for anything on the menu including combo meals but excluding alcoholic beverages. There’s a vast choice of food options including burger creations, mini burgers, sandwiches, dogs, American-inspired starters, and salads for the more health-conscious among us. The drinks list goes above and beyond expectations, serving up specialty shakes and smoothies that would be comfortably at home in any US-diner, in addition to sodas, floats, juices and ice teas.
