The ritual begins in a private treatment room with en-suite shower facilities, and a 30-minute Pevonia Silky Skin Body Scrub designed to gently polish and moisturize the skin. Infused with essential oils of jojoba, rosemary and lemon, the lovely concoction smells good enough to eat! Your highly-trained massage therapist will scrub away dead cells until you are smooth and soft again, using a body brush to increase circulation beforehand.
You can then choose from a selection of 60-minute massages or have your therapist recommend one to you. Cara Day Spa uses a selection of base oils which can be used on their own or combined. Aptly named Vitality, Clarity and Serenity, the special concoctions have unique detoxing, hydrating and relaxing benefits, and are heated beforehand to maximize absorption.
