The head chef specialises in authentic Nepalese cuisine, providing a delicate counterbalance to your typical Indian fare around town, with its subtle use of spices and light herbs including coriander, ginger and garlic leaves.
For HK$158, you’ll enjoy a 3-course Himalayan dinner for ONE, including starter, main, dessert plus drink. Must-try starters include the signature MoMos (Nepalese dumplings) and Poached Scallops in Tangy Lemon, Butter and Caraway Seed Sauce. The mains take centre stage with delightful twists such as the Flash Smoked Cumin Seed Salmon in Saffron Sauce, Roasted Pork Loin stuffed with Fresh Herbs and Yak cheese, and the eminent Strip Loin with Chicken Liver in Garlic Butter. All meals come with a choice of five sides, a selection of desserts and a complimentary drink. We recommend the bottled beer or house wine in preparation for when the sun sets.
