In the last event, our members enjoyed their one-night wine-pairing dinner of 4-courses and sommelier-selected Italian wine, the 2010 Sant’Antonio Monti Garbi. This time, the chef has carefully crafted both an ITALIAN and a FRENCH 4-course menu. Each guest will be asked to select one of the two menu’s. In this ITALY vs FRANCE theme, we are talking Foie Gras vs Prosciutto Ham, Lobster Thermidor vs Sicilian Shrimp Linguini, and pairing wines from both regions.
