Workshop Contents: Introduction of Cocoa and Chocolate products, Health benefits of chocolate, Belgian chocolate tasting, Chocolate tempering demonstration (tabling method), Chocolate truffle making, Lava cake demonstration and tasting, Hot chocolate tasting... and cherry on the cake, you will leave with 30 chocolate truffles with packaging. The workshop is all inclusive: tools, ingredients, apron, packaging, etc
