| WHY WE LIKE IT... Established in 2005, Flex’s mission is to guide you towards optimum mobility and strength. Healthy, sustainable fitness is a principle goal of the studio. The team at Flex consists of fully certified Pilates, yoga and fitness instructors, representing such methods as Polestar® Pilates, the Body Arts and Science Method (BASI®), Ron Fletcher Pilates, Baron Baptiste Power Flow, Paul Grilley Yin Yang, and K Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga yoga among others. Several of our instructors trained at the Royal Academy of Dance, and our key fitness instructors are Master Trainers for TRX©, ViPR™, and Trigger Point Therapy© as well as being competitive athletes themselves. At Flex, your fitness needs can be met through the exciting range of Group Classes. Led by Central Hong Kong’s most experienced instructors, Flexpress offers a daily range of Pilates classes, Xtend Barre®, Xtend Barre Stick™(a first in HK and only available at Flex from April 15th 2013) and yoga classes, as well as Zumba© Fitness, a fun, calorie-burning dance class. Your workout will never be boring again!
