For just HK$400, you get FOUR 1-hour personal training sessions with Nils at an indoor or outdoor location of your choice in Hong Kong or Kowloon side. Workouts are tailored for the individual to maximize results and ensure that every session is as enjoyable as possible. You start with an initial assessment then progress through more challenging and varied exercises. Training methods include boot camp-style circuit training, resistance training, TRX suspension training, kettleball training, PowerPlate, combat fitness and more.
