His technique teaches the importance of building strong foundations and with his vital tips, drills and motivation he aims to have you fighting fit in no time.
Basic Reflex offers a fantastically well equipped boxing gym in Causeway Bay, which included all the weights and drill equipment you can fit under one roof - with plenty of space left for your group sessions! At Basic Reflex, everything is provided, all you have to do is turn up with your workout gear and sports shoes and the rest will be there waiting for you.
