WHY WE LIKE IT... Imagine you could be able to accurately profile individuals and therefore understand their likely behaviour in a given situation. How helpful could that be when hiring a person, negotiating with a counterparty, managing staff or simply when communicating with people... This is precisely what you are going to learn during this one day training: learn how to understand a person's behavioural tendencies better than they do! This is a NLP based course aimed at providing participants with psychometric profiling techniques which can be utilised with potential employees and existing team members to: Predict behaviours/actions based on thought processes Allocate job assignments appropriately and assess whether employees have management potential Evaluate ability to manage stressful situations Predict job longevity The course will cover five different parts that will lead you to learn how to elicit a subject's psychometric profile in both a formal and covert environment in 10 minutes or less. All participants will experience being both the tester and the subject with adequate time being given for practice and feedback. The Presenter, Neil Orvay, is a Certified Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (ABNLP), Time Line Therapyª Trainer (TLTA) and a Trainer of Hypnotherapy (ABH). Neil trained with Tad James, one of the most respected NLP Master Trainers in the world. Tad is the founder of Time Line Therapyª, and President of the American Board of Hypnotherapy. Since 2009 Neil has taught NLP Communication, Influence, Sales & Negotiation based courses in Hong Kong, Singapore and Shanghai to over 1,000 executives from industry's including banking & finance, legal, insurance, retail, IT, sales, marketing and government.
