| WHY WE LIKE IT... Christmas is just around the corner so we thought it was about the right time to update our cooking skills with a 2hr hands-on dessert masterclass with Koby Au. You’ll learn the art of making an all-time-favourite dessert, choose from: Class 1: Snowman Macaron + Souffle au Chocolat (you will leave the class with 8 pieces of White Chocolate Snowman Macarons + 1 cup of Soufflé au Chocolat); or Class 2: Xmas Log Cake + Gingerbread Man Cookies (you will leave the class with 1 Log Cake (around 6 inches) + 10 pieces of Gingerbread man cookies). Each class lasts for 2 hours and uses only premium ingredients. Koby Au has a pedigree in baking stretching back over 7 years, when he obtained his culinary degree in Los Angeles, California. Since then, he has trained under the master chef of the Peninsula Hotel and frequently travels to France to learn new techniques and procure new ingredients. |
